Shipping & Delivery
Our website will automatically calculate exact shipping costs for you. We do not add or mark-up any handling fees to the cost of shipping. We only charge the actual cost to ship. 

Complete amplifiers are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date order was placed.  The reason for shipping times for our Complete amplifiers is because they are custom built hand-made products. They are tested and run in for a day before shipping to be sure everything is perfect for you when you receive it. 

To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of shipping companies depending on which best suits your needs. We prefer USPS Priority Mail for the best price and fastest delivery times. You have your choice of shipping companies such as USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex. You can choose the best shipping options and costs at checkout or by viewing your shopping cart and inputting your zip code.

For your convenience, we ship worldwide. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order.

Tracking your order
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the Log In tab at the top of our Home page, and logging into the system using your account information. Tracking numbers can be found in your shipment notification email or in My Orders.

Privacy & Security
We take the responsibility of protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy very seriously! We will never rent, sell, loan, offer, or give away any of the information that you provide to us. We hate junk mail as much as the next person and wouldn’t even think about sending any. We will however, send you newsletters and or discounts/promotions specifically related to Class D audio. If at any time you wish to change your newsletter preferences, follow the link provided in the newsletter emails or just log onto your account and make the necessary changes.

Under no circumstances will any of your credit card information be given out. No one on the Premium Audio Product team has access to credit information once it is entered on our site. In the rare case that we conduct a transaction over the phone, we will promptly destroy any personal information given to us. We go to great lengths to protect this aspect of your shopping experience.

We utilize state of the art encrypted technology for shopping and ecommerce security. If you order a product from us, our software places your name in our secure/encrypted customer database. We never share any customer information with any 3rd parties for any reason except for fulfilling an order. For example, UPS, USPS, and Fed-Ex requires shipping information to deliver merchandise.

If you supply us with your telephone number or email address online, you may receive a customer service call regarding an order you placed. We will only contact you to ensure superior customer service and order delivery. We will not call for any marketing or promotional purposes.

You can edit your personal information at any time on our site when logged into your account. If you wish to have all your information deleted, please email us at 

Returns & Refunds Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Class D Audio: 

Complete Amplifiers
Complete amplifiers come with a 3 year parts and labor warranty.

You have 21 calendar days to return, upgrade, or replace an item from the date you received it.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Premium Audio Products. Premium Audio products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Item must by in Brand New Unused Condition. Scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with original packaging with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it. Package must be fully insured as you are responsible for any damage that might occur in shipping.

Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.

How to Return An Item
To return an item to Premium Audio Products, please contact us at and we will issue an RMA number and provide shipping address and shipping details.

By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. If making a payment through your bank account via paypal, please note your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared.

Pricing: Prices of items are non-negotiable. All orders shipped to California will be charged the 7.75% sales tax.

Promotions: We featured promotions and coupon codes several times a year. Coupon code can be entered at checkout. We do not apply coupons after the order has been received. If you experience any trouble with a coupon, we encourage you to contact us immediately
