Our website will automatically calculate exact shipping costs for you. We do not add or mark-up any handling fees to the cost of shipping. We only charge the actual cost to ship.
Modules, kits, and complete kits are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date order is placed.
Complete amplifiers are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date order was placed. The reason for shipping times for our Complete amplifiers is because they are custom built hand-made products. They are tested and run in for a day before shipping to be sure everything is perfect for you when you receive it.To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of shipping companies depending on which best suits your needs. We prefer USPS Priority Mail for the best price and fastest delivery times. You have your choice of shipping companies such as USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex. You can choose the best shipping options and costs at checkout or by viewing your shopping cart and inputing your zip code.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the Log In tab at the top of our Home page, and logging into the system using your account information. Tracking numbers can be found in your shipment notification email or in My Orders.
We take the responsibility of protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy very seriously! We will never rent, sell, loan, offer, or give away any of the information that you provide to us. We hate junk mail as much as the next person and wouldn’t even think about sending any. We will however, send you newsletters and or discounts/promotions specifically related to Class D audio. If at any time you wish to change your newsletter preferences, follow the link provided in the newsletter emails or just log onto your account and make the necessary changes.
Under no circumstances will any of your credit card information be given out. No one on the Class D Audio's team has access to credit information once it is entered on our site. In the rare case that we conduct a transaction over the phone, we will promptly destroy any personal information given to us. You have 7 days from date received an item to return, replace, or upgrade Amplifier Modules, Power Supplies, Kits, and Complete Kits refund, upgrade, or replacement.
These items must be in new unused condition and include all parts, cords, accessories, etc. to be eligible.
There is NO restocking fee for amplifier modules, power supplies, kits, and complete kits.
Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable
How to Return An Item
To return an item to Class D Audio, please contact us at email@example.com and we will issue an RMA number and provide shipping address and shipping details.
Pricing: Prices of items are non-negotiable. All orders shipped to California will be charged the 7.75% sales tax.
Promotions: We featured promotions and coupon codes several times a year. Coupon code can be entered at checkout. We do not apply coupons after the order has been received. If you experience any trouble with a coupon, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
